I’m an executive coach, career coach and mentor for women. A trainer, author, public speaker, CEO and business owner. I’ve experienced challenges at work and in the role of manager, with issues around inequality and with feeling stuck in my career. It’s part of the reason I love working with women. I know what you’re going through and I can promise that things are better on the other side.

My purpose is to change the world one woman at a time by enabling women to make a greater contribution. I guide women to appreciate their special talents and increase their resilience and resourcefulness, all of which helps these women to get ahead and stay ahead.

I enable women to empower themselves

Being a woman isn’t easy sometimes. There are inner and structural obstacles that may hold you back, and at times little support from the people around you. I know this because I felt unsupported at work. I began to ask, “Is this all there is?"

When I got a coach, my perspective on what I could achieve changed for the better.

I’ve made it my aim to enable aspiring professional women to become much more effective within organisations and to succeed in their careers. Now is the time to re-evaluate your values, make new plans and perform at your best. This is your opportunity to change, and for the better.

As a coach and mentor, nothing pleases me more than seeing a woman reach the end of her programme feeling stronger and more self-assured, having tackled the issues that brought her to coaching or mentoring. I know how good it feels to triumph over particular problems at work or to get unstuck, re-energise your career and get that promotion. And I have considerable experience working with women leaders and those aspiring to lead - from public sector organisations, trade unions, charities and professional associations to private sector entrepreneurs and start-ups.

I’m a real person!

I enjoy doing things that modern women do - yoga, reading, keeping fit, theatre, movies, stand-up comedy – as well as interviewing and writing about inspirational women.

My biggest love is travelling to places such as Thailand and Vietnam – and I can't forget Brazil, where I spent a year teaching English. Recently I jumped onto a course in stand-up comedy which took me way out of my comfort zone, released my funny goddess and changed my life for the better.

Alongside all of this, I support a number of causes to do with women’s empowerment, children and young people, including Womankind Worldwide, National Deaf Children's Society, Centre Point, Water Aid and the Women’s Equality Party.

So you see I am, like you, unique, yet an everyday woman. I’m keen to help you realise your personal power to be the best you can be at work or in moving your career forward.
