Being a working woman today can be tough. Sure, there’s a growing number of women in leadership positions, but those women have fought hard to get there.

Nothing is handed to you on a platter. You need to know who you are and what you can bring to the table; you need a professional value proposition, something that shows what only you can do for a business.

This can be tough for women early in their careers - knowing where to start and how to get there is key. Drawing on my personal experience in business, and from my experience coaching aspiring women, I can help you to develop a bespoke plan that will clarify your pathway and equip you with the knowledge to get the recognition you deserve.

How it works

Working with others at this time in your career can help you learn and grow – that’s why I created my aspiring women programme. My bespoke programme, the Winning Formula for Working Women™, helps you to develop yourself, your purpose and your personal brand. It’s based around group sessions where you’ll meet women just like you - in the early stages of their careers, and who aspire to leadership.

We’ll discuss challenges together, and help you develop your very own roadmap for your career - something to keep you on track, keep you focused and keep you driving towards that end goal.

Is it for you?

You can’t do it all alone. As women we are conditioned to competitively compare ourselves with each other, but that’s not healthy for anyone. Instead of seeing each other as rivals, we should seek inspiration and courage from the strong women around us. If you like the idea of working with peers who can be your personal cheer squad when times get tough, this programme is for you.

Why work with me?

You will gain more self-awareness - including greater awareness of your strengths and weaknesses - and also gain knowledge about navigating political climates and how to make progress in your career. Creating a ready-made support group, together we will help you rise to the next level and develop an action plan so you can take those next steps.
