Programme structure:

The programme can be delivered in one of two ways:

  • A totally immersive 2 day workshop followed by on-going group support deliveredthrough a set of master classes and an on line forum, unique to the group.


  • Eight one to one mentoring sessions taking individual women through their own personalised programme.
